Shipping policy

Due to the size of our company (and size is everything) and the multiplicity of our products, please order well in advance of your need, as the processing and shipping of your items could take a couple of weeks.  Our shipping times will get better as our company’s grows, but right now we ask for your patience and that you order well in advance of your anticipated need.  We can’t overnight you a vibrator.  You’ll have to lean up against the washing machine or something.  We try to offset our shipping times with amazing prices and good tracking updates.  Thanks in advance for your patience.  If you have questions about the progress of an item, please email us at sales@hickocks.com.
